Home Compass sells digital prompt systems that become available on the verified confirmation page immediately after payment. Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

You may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days after purchase. Payment or immediate access alone does not automatically end that period. We verify the order, request date and applicable consumer rules before processing a refund. The precise legal application across jurisdictions remains subject to qualified legal review.

How to withdraw

Use the online withdrawal form with the email address used for the order and your order or payment reference. The page immediately gives you a saveable request reference. It does not rely on email delivery.

What happens next

We review requests manually. Submitting the form does not automatically issue a Stripe refund or change access to the framework. If approved, the refund is returned through the original payment method.
