Refund Policy

Home Compass sells digital prompt systems delivered immediately after payment. Because the product is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, all sales are generally final.

14-day satisfaction window

If, within 14 days of purchase, you genuinely believe the prompt system does not work as described, contact us with details and we will review your case in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Not eligible

Refunds are not issued for change of mind after substantial use, or for issues caused by third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) outside our control.
