License

Your purchase grants you a perpetual, personal, non-transferable license to use the prompt system for your own property research. You may not resell, repackage, or publicly redistribute the prompts.

No professional advice

Home Compass is a research and decision-support tool. It is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, surveying, or real-estate advice. Final decisions remain yours.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted delivery but do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers on record.
