• We don't see your properties

  Home Compass runs entirely inside the AI account you already pay for. We never see the listing you analyse, the address, or the verdict.

• We don't store accounts

  There is no account to create. Your purchase is linked to the email you give Stripe at checkout — used once to deliver your Edition and for future updates.

• Payments handled by Stripe

  Stripe processes every transaction. We never see card numbers. Your purchase is protected by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

• 14-day refund window

  If your Edition does not change how you evaluate properties, reply to your delivery email within 14 days. Full refund, no questions.

• Educational tool — not financial advice

  Home Compass helps you ask better questions and structure your thinking. It does not replace a chartered surveyor, solicitor, mortgage broker or independent financial adviser.

• Lifetime updates, no lock-in

  Every update to your Edition is included for life. If we ever shut the project down, the last version of your Edition is yours to keep — it's text you own.
